Power Descriptions

At-Will Prayers

Divine Challenge (minor; at will) ✦ Radiant
Close burst 5; One creature in burst; Varek marks the target. If the creature was already marked, his mark supersedes the previous one. The target remains marked until he uses this power against another target, or if he fails to engage the target (see below). A creature can be subject to only one mark at a time. A new mark supersedes a mark that was already in place.
While a target is marked, it takes a -2 penalty to attack rolls and takes radiant damage if it makes an attack that doesn’t include Varek as a target. The target takes this damage only once per turn.
On Varek’s turn, he must engage the target he challenged or challenge a different target. To engage the target, he must either attack it or end his turn adjacent to it. If none of these events occurs by the end of his turn, the marked condition ends and he can’t use Divine Challenge on his next turn.
Varek can use Divine Challenge once per turn.

Holy Strike (standard; at will) ✦ Weapon (melee)
+7 vs. AC; 1d8+4 radiant damage. If Varek marked the target, he gains a +1 bonus to the damage roll.

Lay on Hands (minor; at will [special]) ✦ Divine, Healing
Varek can use this power once per day (uses per day based on Wisdom modifier).
Varek spends a healing surge but regains no hit points. Instead the target touched regains hit points as if it had spent a healing surge. Varek must have at least one healing surge remaining to use this power.

Valiant Strike (standard; at will) ✦ Weapon (melee)
+7, +1 per enemy adjacent to Varek vs. AC; 1d8+4 damage.

Encounter Powers

Channel Divinity: Divine Strength (minor; encounter; personal) ✦ Radiant
Varek applies his Strength modifier (+4) as extra damage on his next attack this turn.

Radiant Smite (standard; encounter) ✦ Weapon (melee)
+7 vs. AC; 2d8+4 radiant damage.

Dragon Breath (minor; encounter) ✦ Lightning
Close blast 3; All creatures in area; +4 vs. Reflex; 1d6+1 damage.

Daily Prayer

Paladin’s Judgment (standard; daily) ✦ Weapon (melee)
+7 vs. AC; 3d8+4 damage, and one ally within 5 squares of Varek can spend a healing surge.
Miss: One ally within 5 squares of Varek can spend a healing surge.
